How does online personal training actually work?+
After you apply and we connect on a free consultation call, KT builds your custom program based on your goals, schedule, fitness level, and available equipment. You get your plan through the coaching app, along with video demonstrations, nutrition guidance, and check-ins. You train on your own time — KT is always available for questions and adjustments between sessions.
Will this work if I've never worked out before or haven't trained in years?+
Absolutely. Most clients start with little to no experience — that's exactly what KOACHEDBYKT is built for. Your program starts where you are right now, not where you think you should be. There's no judgment, no assumed knowledge, and no rushing. You'll learn the fundamentals properly and build from there.
I'm busy — how much time do I actually need each week?+
